Oh, hell yeah boys! The moment we’ve all been waiting for is here. After a year of uncomfortable erections waiting for a new Future projects, Hendrix himself has taken to Twitter to announce his next album, titled Future. Throughout history, self-titled albums have usually been dope, so we can only expect that this will be an instant classic with infinite replay value. Oh, and did I mention it’s dropping in three days? Yeah.
Now, some of you might be saying, “Woah…17 tracks? That might be a few too many.” But remember, naysayers: DS2 had a fuckload of tracks as well, and that was a career-making album for Future. They tried to make him a popstar, but they made a monster. Also, the artist also known as Fire Marshal has described this project as a “feast,” so it seems obvious that this will be the audio equivalent of shrimp, steak and lobster.
Who are the possible features on this? Drake? Migos? OJ Da Juiceman? Only time will tell, but get your towels ready. Friday can’t get here soon enough.
